There's a reason oatmeal has been a breakfast staple for generations -- it's simple, nourishing, and endlessly customizable. Our Farm Fresh Raw Rolled Oats are stone-milled from whole oat groats, giving you that classic hearty texture and nutty flavor you just don't get from the instant packets.

Whether you're a stovetop purist or a microwave-in-a-hurry kind of person, this recipe has you covered.

    What You'll Need

    • 1 cup Farm Fresh Raw Rolled Oats
    • 2 cups water or milk (dairy or plant-based)
    • Pinch of salt
    • Your favorite toppings

    Stovetop Method (5 minutes)

    1. Bring water or milk to a boil in a saucepan
    2. Stir in oats and a pinch of salt, then reduce heat to medium
    3. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender and have absorbed most of the liquid
    4. Remove from heat and let stand 2-3 minutes to thicken
    5. Top and serve!

    Microwave Method (3 minutes)

    1. Combine oats and liquid in a large microwave-safe bowl (bigger than you think -- it bubbles up!)
    2. Microwave on high for 2½-3 minutes, watching carefully
    3. Stir well and let stand 1-2 minutes to thicken
    4. Top and serve!

    Topping Ideas

    • Brown sugar or maple syrup
    • Fresh or dried fruit
    • A handful of nuts or seeds
    • Cinnamon and honey
    • A spoonful of nut butter

The ratio to remember: 1 part oats, 2 parts liquid. Simple as that.
