COVID SHIPPING

In order to help stop the spread of COVID we have limited the number of people packing and shipping packages. We are doing our best to get each order out as fast as possible. We are experiencing shipping delays on all carriers due to increased demand and COVID restrictions. We ship via UPS and USPS depending on size and weight of the package. There is wild fluctuation in the time it is taking packages to arrive so if you have scheduled a package to arrive at a later date we will err on the side of caution and ship earlier than usual. Once a package has been delivered to the address requested we do not have the ability to insure the package. There has been a large increase in "porch pirate" theft and all of the carriers have discontinued insurance of the package once delivered. Please make sure that your packages can be delivered to a secure location as we will not be able to replace the package if it goes missing once delivered by the carrier.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer express shipping for an increase shipping cost. We will get your order packed and shipped the next business day and it will be shipped via UPS 2 Day Air. Please note that during COVID, UPS does not actually guarantee that your package will be there in 2 days (I know, what's the point right?). They will do their best to get it there in 2 days but during these uncertain times it is not a guarantee. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We offer $10.99 flat rate shipping within the contiguous US per shipping address. A rate of $30 per shipping address applies to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. The majority of our products are shipped via UPS Ground. We can not ship to U.S. Territories or P.O.Box/APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If something is particularly heavy, bulky, comes in an especially cumbersome package, or is perishable an extra surcharge will be noted on the product page and at checkout.

 

Gift shipping

We are working hard to meet increased demands, however in order to ensure public safety we are only packing and shipping orders 2 times per week. All shipping carriers are also experiencing delays so your packages may not arrive to you as quickly as is typical.

After you have added something to your cart a checkbox will appear on the upper left. Select that box and you will be prompted at checkout to select addresses for your shipments. 

Yes! Click the "this is a gift" checkbox after adding an item to your cart and you will be able to include a gift message at checkout.

 Absolutely! Although we can not guarantee the exact date it will be received we will do our best to get it there as close to your chosen date as possible. Please be aware that due to COVID all shipping carriers are experiencing delays and are not guaranteeing service times. We recommend allowing at least 2 weeks for packages to arrive. We ship through USPS and UPS. If you've chosen a date that requires additional shipping costs we will notify you via email.
