I've long known that rice and beans were supposed to be a great combination, but I'm getting unexpected pleasure from my first "curated" (surely an overworked word these days, but appropriate here) shipment. Rice and beans are given a personality by the explanations of how they are produced, and the accompanying recipe turned out well. I look forward to the future packages.
