Make sure you enter the correct email address for your recipient at checkout. That’s how they unlock member access on our website. We’ll also invite them to join our email list so they never miss a limited release or member deal.

At checkout, you choose the date we email your recipient about their gift. We recommend picking a date before their first box ships so they know to watch for a package.

Example: If you purchase a gift subscription on November 23rd, their first box will ship between December 6th and 10th. A notification date of December 1st gives them a heads-up that something delicious is on the way.

No problem. After you place your order, email us at info@shopfoodocracy.com with your order number and the dates your recipient will be away. We’ll adjust their shipping date so their box arrives when they’re home. Your recipient can also email us directly.

Prepaid gift subscriptions are final and can’t be cancelled, but we’re happy to transfer one to a new recipient.

We prioritize certified organic and regenerative practices, but not all farms can afford the certification process. Most of the products in your box will be certified organic, but there are some instances where that’s not possible. We only work with small, family farms using clean, healthy farming practices with no GMOs and never sprayed with glyphosate. These uncompromising farms are practicing sustainable agriculture and traditional farming.
