Born from a Small Town Kitchen
Primary Beans was founded by Lesley, a fifth-generation Arizonan who grew up immersed in the culture and flavors of Northern Mexico, where beans are more than food — they’re a way of life. Inspired by her roots, Lesley set out to create a brand that would celebrate beans in all their diversity, honor the farmers and communities who grow them, and share their stories with home cooks eager to bring better flavor and meaning to their kitchens.

Lisa, founder of Foodocracy, has spent the past six years championing small family farms and delivering thoughtfully grown ingredients to kitchens across the country.
