Send them on a culinary adventure with the Heirloom Bean + Grain Club Gift Subscription: rare heirloom beans and ancient grains delivered to their door every month for 3, 6 or 12 months, shipping included. Each box has two heirloom beans and a grain, or three beans if you choose our Bean Only version for gluten-free or grain-free cooks. We partner with uncompromising family farms committed to earth-first practices and soil health, so each month they’ll discover delicious, rare varieties. Every box comes with recipes and information about each ingredient and the farmers who grew them.
What to Expect: Order between the 20th and the 4th and their first box ships with our monthly shipment between the 6th and the 10th. Order between the 5th and the 19th and it ships within 3–5 business days. At checkout, you choose the date we email them about their gift.
*pre-paid subscriptions are non-refundable however they are transferable. If you wish to transfer your gift subscription to a new recipient, contact us and we will be happy to help.

The Bean + Grain option contains 2 heirloom beans and 1 heritage grain. The Bean Only option contains 3 unique heirloom beans. Both versions come with recipes and information about the beans and the farmers that grew them.

Yes! Your recipient becomes a full Heirloom Bean + Grain Club member for the length of their gift, with all the same perks:

Make sure you enter the right email address for your recipient at checkout. That’s how they unlock member access on our website. We’ll also invite them to join our email list so they never miss a limited release or member deal.

We prioritize certified organic and regenerative practices however not all farms can afford the certification process. Most of the products in your box will be certified organic but there are some instances where that's not possible. We only work with small, family farms using clean, healthy farming practices with no GMOs, no Glyphosate and soil-first farming. These uncompromising farms are practicing sustainable agriculture and traditional farming.

Example: If you purchase a gift subscription on November 23rd their first box will ship out between December 6th and 10th.

At checkout, you choose the date we email your recipient about their gift. We recommend picking a date before their first box ships so they know to watch for a package.
- Order between the 20th and the 4th: their box ships between the 6th and the 10th, so choose a date before the 6th.
- Order between the 5th and the 19th: their box ships within 3–5 business days, so choose today or tomorrow.
Example: If you purchase a gift subscription on November 23rd, their first box will ship between December 6th and 10th. A notification date of December 1st gives them a heads-up that something delicious is on the way.

No problem. After you place your order, email us at info@shopfoodocracy.com with your order number and the dates your recipient will be away. We’ll adjust their shipping date so their box arrives when they’re home. Your recipient can also email us directly.

Pre-paid subscriptions are final and can not be cancelled, however if you wish to transfer your gift subscription to a different person our customer service team is happy to help you with that.
