This single origin, California grown chili flake is head and shoulders above the generic "chili flake" you'll find at the grocery store and pizza parlors. Calabrian chilis provide deep roasted tomato flavors and the perfect balance of heat. The New York Times suggests using it with abandon and indeed we are! We love all of the farm to jar spices from our friends at Boonville Barn Collective and this is the perfect addition to our collection. It's amazing on a bowl of Aglio e Olio, delicious on your pizza and transformative on top of a bowl of beans drizzled with a great olive oil. Farmed with organic growing practices and sun ripened throughout the season, these chiles were hand harvested in the fall of 2022
