    Ever since we launched, our Chickpeas have been a community favorite for their distinct size, rich flavor, and creamy consistency. So we decided to sit down with Jeff Bangs, our farm partner at Montana-based Prairie Sun Farms, to learn more about the Marvel chickpea variety, what makes it so special, and how its virtues extend well beyond its culinary traits. We're proud to partner with Jeff and his wife Katie as they continue the work their family has been doing on the farm for generations, while introducing practices that help evolve and sustain it in the face of the challenges of today.
