I gave them to my daughter in celebration of her birthday!!

I used these instead of my typical fresh bay leaf from the market and WOW what a difference. So flavorful. I may never go back to the old standby. I used them in a pot of beans and also when cooking rice. I plan to experiment with some stews and soups.

I loooove rice, but generally like short grain better than long grain. However, this is the best long grain rice I've ever had. It came out so soft and creamy. Other long grain rices I've had tend to be a bit drier. Will definitely buy it again.

I am so glad to be a part of the bean and grain club. It gives me the opportunity to try new recipes and items I would normally not explore.

We love this rice and order it whenever we are almost out. Comparing its taste and smell to typical rice from the supermarket is like night and day. Thank you for such a nice product.

I love these beans. I cooked them simply with some carrot, celery, onion, garlic and a bay leaf and they were incredible.

I bought this popcorn because of its sourcing, but I'll buy it again because of its superior taste and quality! The popped corn is HUGE and unusually flavorful. It also pops faster than most popcorn, I suspect because it's fresher than the usual supermarket popcorn. (But be careful--I burned my first batch because it was ready before I was). This is a wonderful food!

Truly no comparison to canned hominy. Fabulous chewy texture with an intense smoky corn flavor. Made vegan three - sisters style stuffed squash (using foodocracy teperary beans as well) for an omnivore holiday and everyone loved it and noted the hominy in particular. I cooked one batch way too long and the texture suffered but flavor held up great.

Best grits I’ve ever had! Love that it’s made using traditional Indigenous processing, which gives it a mild, smoky flavor.

These are large beans and they get bigger still with soaking and cooking. They got bc rave reviews for flavor and texture.
Do try them, you won’t be disappointed.

I have prepared Hoppin John for more than 50 years using black eyed Peas. I enjoyed this several times a year not just new years. This time I used Sea Island Peas and was surprised and delighted with the improvement. The Peas are creamy slightly sweet with a smoky aftertaste. They absorbed the seasoning including the ham hocks. This will be my go to choice every time I prepare Hoppin John for guests. I wish I could find them locally because the price including shipping is high. The Sea Island Peas are going to delight family and friends from now on.

These cooked up quickly and have a perfect texture. Much more flavor than the grocery store stuff.
