This process of cross breading varieties with traits we are looking for but to grow in different conditions is a time honored farming tradition. By adapting beans to our modern climate and conditions, they won't need harmful pesticides or synthetic fertilizers to survive. This process ensures that we get to enjoy the Anasazi distinctive taste for many generations to come.
