Preserved Lemon

Preserved Lemons are an essential Moroccan culinary tradition using small Beldi lemons, salt and time to give a bright citrus, complex umami flavor to a variety of dishes. Recommended Uses: While the outer skin works well thinly sliced or diced for braises and tagines, the inner flesh works well smashed into dressings, vinaigrette and marinades.

Lemons, Water, Salt, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid. "Contains Sulphites"
