: Yes! You can add as much as you like to your shipments with no additional shipping cost through our customer portal.
: We prioritize certified organic and regenerative practices however not all farms can afford the certification process. Most of the products in your box will be certified organic but there are some instances where that's not possible. We only work with small, family farms using clean, healthy farming practices with no GMOs, no Glyphosate or dangerous chemicals. Blue flour and Beans

Received my package. Beans look great. I’m looking for recipes to use the blue flour. I’ve been out of town and have Not used any yet. I’m a Primary Beans person so happy to be with Foodocracy now.

Only 4 Stars Because...

My bag of Calypso/Orca beans had a hole and some of the pod escaped within the box. Of course, there was enough to cook a pot and make the smokey tomato broth recipe found on the website. I also cooked the Rio Zape beans and really enjoyed how it came out. We made tortillas from the blue corn masa, but haven't really mastered that skill quite yet. Can't wait for the next box!

Calypso Beans

Oh, my goodness! I received my first shipment of beans plus grains earlier in the week. I decided to make the Calypso (aka “Orca”) beans, and tried the Serious Eats Refried Beans recipe. Creamy, subtly sweet, and yields a tasty broth (that I folded back into the pot of beans). Obviously very fresh beans because they cooked up in half the time I had anticipated. Best refried beans I’ve ever made, and I look forward to sharing these at tomorrow’s July 4 taco bar!
