Sun ripened throughout the season and sustainably grown using organic practices in northern California. These delectable peppers were hand harvested in early November 2021 and dried whole by our friends at Boonville Barn Collective. The Yahualica is the mother of all chile de arbol peppers originating from the Jalisco region of Mexico.
