Seka Hills

Estate Grown Arbequina Olive Oil

Made from estate grown Arbequina olives, which are highly aromatic, small fruit grown in the blue "Seka" hills of the Capay Valley, California where sustainability and environmental care is considered the utmost important for this 1,200 acres of land rich with agriculture.

Winner of a 2019 Good Food Award, this Seka Hills small batch olive oil was harvested in 2018 from olive trees that span the tribal land of the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation meaning "Home by the Spring Water."

The taste of this oil is very balanced and fruity with notes of artichokes and the aroma of fresh green apples.  Full bodied with a medium intensity, this is a great go to olive oil for all your needs.  We find it to be just the perfect balance on the salads, drizzled over roasted vegetable or on a simple flatbread pizza.  This olive oil is just simply delicious.

Comes in a 250ML glass bottle.

First class and not just for the taste!

Not only does the olive oil have a wonderful taste, the packaging is amazing! The bottle has a hidden surprise when you take off the lid. I was pleasantly surprised to see a small funnel pop up for easy, mess-free pouring. I’m totally sold on this olive oil! I will definitely be buying more!

Wonderfully delicious

Love this oil - it’s light and bright, with a nice balance of flavor that’s not too overwhelming. Very universal. Lovely for dipping and garnish. But also great for sauces and cooking.

Lovely light bright olive oil

Wonderful for cooking, especially when a subtle "olive" taste is preferred. Blends well in salad dressings, in a supporting but not overwhelming role. Wonderful on fresh, very ripe tomatoes with fresh basil. I like the pop-up spout for easy pouring, but do wish the bottles were a little translucent to see the amount remaining.

We're glad you are enjoying the olive oil! We hear ya on not being able to see how much is many times I find I'm out too quickly! The dark color of the bottle is very intentional and helps preserve the freshness. Olive oil is sensitive to light and heat and is best stored in a dark cool place like the pantry to retain the best flavor. Hope this helps!
