Best Lemon Curf
This has a very fine flavor, but the consistency is runny. It's nice mixed with yogurt, but not so good for spreading.
<p>Glad you find it tasty, we do too. The texture is not as thick as a jam in a traditional lemon curd. I find this very similar to the recipe I've made from Alice Water's recipe. I love to spoon it over a pavlova. Yogurt is a great call!
