Deep and rich with a luxurious texture as it melts on the tongue, the Belize bar has hints of cherry and an elegant finish. We first tasted this incredible chocolate on a wine tasting trip and we were immediately in love. It goes pretty darn well with a good Pinot Noir.
Dick Taylor is dedicated to hand made chocolate at every step of the process. They source the finest cacao and perform all the steps from raw cacao to bean in their small facility in Northern California. This hands on approach allows them to control every aspect of the production, not cutting any corners to insure the highest quality possible.
