10 Minute Pasta Dinner Recipe

Heat olive oil and 1 clove crushed garlic in a sauce pan on medium heat.  Add onions and sauté till soft but not brown.  Add diced tomatoes and 1-2 teaspoons of Piment d'Ville and cook till most of the water from the tomatoes has evaporated. Season with salt and additional Piment d'Ville and olive oil to taste.  Toss in your cooked Etto pasta and enjoy.
