Note – you will need cupcake liners. We used silicone ones so that these cups are 0 waste but paper will work as well. If you are using paper liners you may need to put them in a muffin tin so that they keep their shape. Work quickly in batches before your chocolate hardens.

  1. Melt 1/2 of the the dark chocolate wafers in the microwave
  2. Spoon chocolate into the bottom of cupcake liners and place in them in the refrigerator to cool.
  3. Spoon nut butter on top of the hardened bottom chocolate layer.
  4. Melt the remaining chocolate wafers.
  5. Pour chocolate on top of the nut butter until it covers completely.
  6. Add a couple of flakes of sea salt (be careful to only add a few flakes or it will be too salty).
  7. Place the finished cups back in the refrigerator to set.
  8. Enjoy.
