Sorry not sorry, these decadent bliss balls are healthy bites of deliciousness that you'll be reaching for anytime you want a snack or a treat without the guilt.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Ground Up Coconut Cardamom Nut Butter
  • 1 1/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats (divided)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (divided)
Coconut Almond Bliss Balls

Directions:

  1. Blend 1/2 cup of the oats in a blender on high power until it becomes a rough powder.
  2. In a large bowl, use a rubber spatula to combine the remaining rolled oats, the blended oat powder, chia seeds , nut butter, 1/4 cup of coconut flakes and chocolate chips.
  3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. 
  4. Roll golfball sized balls of the mixture with your hands and then roll in the remaining coconut flakes.
  5. Refrigerate the finished bliss balls for up to 2 weeks. They can be frozen for up to a month.
